This week was contained much suckage regarding work. ><; I'm still learning a lot of new things every day, and so I've made a few mistakes which frustrates me to no end. When it comes to work, I always strive for perfection and it drives me NUTS when I can't reach it! ><;;;

But... everything got MUCH better towards the end of the week because Steph is now living with us! ^___^ Her film production had some problems up in Boston so she needed a place to stay for a few weeks! Yay!!!!!!! XDDDDDDD

Okay, I finally have my tentative cosplay schedule lined up for Anime Boston, and the other summer cons. It IS subject to change, but here are my plans as of right now.

As you all probably know by now...Naruto has been licensed and will be airing on public American television starting....NEXT WEEK.

Katie and I are of course, very upset about this development to say the least. I don't want to hear a bunch of newbie kids running around pronouncing Naruto (Na-ROO-doh) Sasuke (Sa-SOO-kay) and Sakura (Sa-KUR-a). *dies a little bit* Technically there is one upside to this, which is the fact that it'll be easier buying Naruto merchandise. Instead of having to search for websites online that have stuff in stock, we'll be able to walk into any store and buy whatever we want. Erm... did I say that was a good thing...?

I am so afraid of what they will do editing-wise. Can you imagine a show as violent as Naruto on TV? Jesus Christ.
Katie (having nothing else to do with her time...) composed a few 'edited' Naruto pics, of things they'll probably have to do to uncut scenes/episodes. They're pretty funny. Check out the gallery and tell me what you guys think!

THE DIGIMON DOUJINSHI I ORDERED FROM EBAY IS HERE!!! w00t!!!! It's really good, I love it already! Sqweeeeee!!! It's about 194 pages, like the other 2 from ebay that I have. I'm hoping to get a lot more at Otakon this year. If we're REALLY lucky, the yaoi doujinshi table will be back in action! ^__^ I got lots of good stuff there last year, and I'm hoping this year's con will be just as fruitful! ((And yes, I will be buying yuri doujinshi as well...I'm still a lesbian, after all! xD))

Katie's family has sunk to an all time low... Her sister is having sex with this really big asshole from her school. They're not dating, they're not friends, they're barely even aquaintances....but they have sex everyday. Katie's family condones this. This dirtbag (and he is a dirtbag, believe me I've met him) goes over their house everyday, fucks their daughter, uses her for rides to work, eats their food, etc. Now...not only do they condone this, but her mom actually likes him more than me!!! OMGWTF!!! This is because he is loud and otspoken, whereas I am quiet and polite and for some reason, Katie's mom favors obnoxious people over quieter ones. -_-;;; We were over there for memorial Day, and all her mom did was talk about how awesome this kid is because he steals food from McDonalds. I'm so confused...

I've been watching Gakuen Alice and To Heart ~Remember my Memories alot lately. The theme song for Gakuen Alice gets stuck in my head all the time, and it's quite a good series! ^_^

Other than this buisness with Katie's family, I must say that I'm having a spectacular summer! I decided to cosplay as Envy from Full Metal Alchemist for AnimeNext, and I think I'm going to try and sing a few songs for karaoke too, although I'm not sure what yet. I work all the time, watch anime all the time. I love summer!!!

Today is the first Saturday in almost a month that I havn't had to work! It was nice to sleep in this morning! ^_^ Katie's laptop is so sexy, I can barely handle it! It's super fast and downloads music and stuff really quickly, which rocks. Gene and Sarah hung out with us last night. It made me kinda sad though since they have spring break coming up and I won't be able to hang out with them for a week or so. T_T But we had fun watching Nausicaa and watching Gene attempt to pick up Maho without getting mauled to death. lol My Onichan had to have heart surgery this past week and he just got released from the hospital, so Katie and I are going to go visit him tonight. We'll proabably play Mario Party or rent movies or something. I'm not sure yet...

Paul might be getting an internship in Philadelphia, so HE MIGHT BE LIVING IN OUR APARTMENT BUILDING NEXT YEAR!!!! w00t! I'm so excited! Sarah might be moving in also. I really hope they'll both be able to! *worry worry*

I've been downloading like CRAZY to make up for those few weeks when I didn't have the internet. Let's see... I finally finished Uta~Kata! The ending was really pretty, it made me squishy! Plus there was shoujo-ai AND shounen-ai in the last episode! I love Gimik. *perverted sigh* Naruto is up to 124 now, and I think this story ark is AWESOME!!!! Sasuke is all scary and hot... *quiver*

Speaking of Naruto...I decided to change my Otakon cosplay character to Tayuya. She fucking rules...

Anyway... I've also been watching Air, Bleach, Yakitate! Japan, Sukisyo, and I just started Maho Sensei Negima! I am a big fan of the manga, and was positively thrilled when the anime started airing in Japan! Whoo-hoo! I've also started on Madlax, Maburaho, and Scrapped Princess.

School started again this week. Ick... I do like all my classes though, especially Medieval Literature(despite the heavy workload thus far...). I've been downloading anime as fast as possible, which hasn't exactly been easy considering my shitty comp. Okay, but here's the new stuff I'm currently in love with:::

****Ah! Megami-sama (the tv series) episodes 1-3:::
The OAV's and movie came out a while ago, so I was surprised to learn they were making an actual tv series. Apparently it's going to be a more elaborate, detailed version of the OAV's and manga focusing much more on the Belldandy/Keiichi relationship. This is one of the very few straight couples I enjoy, so I'm not really complaining. I like it so far...the art is nice, and the opening and ending themes are quite good too. They've actually been stuck in my damn head all day long! ^_^ This isn't one of my first priorities as far as anime goes, but I have been enjoying it just the same.

****Sukisyo episodes 1 & 2
I would have never even known about this if it hadn't been for Ivy. I saw pics for it on her livejournal and started downloading that same day. Ivy is the Queen of Anime. Arigatou Ivy-chan! ^_~ I REALLY like this so far. I was hooked after the first 3 minutes of the first episode. (if you've seen it, you'll know what I mean. I almost wet my pants!) There are plently of bishies and sexually charged conversations among themselves to keep this rapid fangirl happy. I love it so far!

****Air episodes 1-3
I...love...this...series... I have been awaiting it's release for quite some time now and was ecstatic when I found it available for downloading. The story is kinda weird so far though, and that's my only complaint. It's unclear and it drags ever so slightly. I'm sure it will pick up soon, however. The artwork is so incredible I could just die. The background scenery is amazing, and the character designs are beautiful too. My favorite part though, is the opening theme song. I can't stop thinking about it! It's so good! Misuzu is so cute! *Gao!* And I won't even begin to address the ultimate bishieness of Yukito. Yummy...

****Uta~Kata episode 10
AAAHHH! There are only two episodes left and I am still confused! Although a little bit of the circumstances around the plot were revealed, there have still been no major revelations as to how it will conclude. I'm still lovin this series though. The artwork, music, and characters are just great.

In the process of downloading----Naruto 110-118, Mai-Hime 7-15, and the Digimon X Evolution movie. I am trembling in anticipation.

I love winter break. It's nice to come home from work and not have to worry about homework or assigments. Katie and I just watch anime all the time! It's so nice! ^_^ I do have to go back in two weeks though, which will bring an abrupt halt to my anime fun. -_-;;;

I recieved my Digimon drama cd's in the mail today, officially making today the best day ever!

OMFG! THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER! Holy crap... Okay... At long last, we're ready to announce that Otakon 2005 will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center on August 19-21, 2005. Expect more news about Otakon 2005 in the coming weeks.

With the happy announcement of our dates for Otakon 2005, we must regretfully make another announcement.

For the first time in our existence, Otakon is announcing that we will cap our attendance. For Otakon 2005, we will limit our memberships to 22,000.

DAMN YOU TO HELL BUSH!!!! I CAN'T BELIEV YOU WON, YOU BASTARD!!!!!

Yikes! I havn't written in a few days! I've been pretty busy and just havn't had the time, unfortunately... But anyway,

Saturday was really nice, but tiring. Katie and I went to Great Adventure with her sister and one of her friends. As much as I like rides and stuff, I'm not a biiig Great Adventure fan. Disney World has spoiled me. ^_^ I also had to drive there, which took over an hour and a half. o_O;;; And, to top it all off... we got sooooo very lost on the way there! It was a mess. But we did have a nice time once we got there.

Halloween was nice too. We went over Liz and Justin's and watched movies. WE hardly ever get to see them anymore, so we had an awesome time! ^_^

I have reached the conclusion THAT I AM THE MOST UNSEXY GIRL EVER.....
No, really. I am. I've comprised a list of reasons why. Okay, here we go:::

(1) I wear pink socks
(2) I sleep with a bazillion stuffed animals
(3) I don't wear makeup
(4) I NEVER do anything different with my hair
(5) I do not wear reavealing or sexy outfits
(6) I look like I'm twelve years old *sob*
(7) I carry books with me wherever I go
(8) I play Pokemon on my game boy *sigh* I'm such a nerd

I have come to the conclusion that I have a terrible habbit of leaving things on the top of my car and then driving away... ^^;
A few weeks ago, I left my yaoi fnafic binder on the roof when I was putting the rest of the stuff in my car. I drove away, seemingly perplexed as to why there were white pages flying behind my car... Today, I left Love Hina, Naruto, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Utena manga up there. o_O;;;
Luckily, I realized my mistake before I got too far and was able to rescue the precious manga! What a terrible habit. My memory sucks...
I'm still working on my fic though, and even though I wanted to have it posted tonight I'm not sure if that's gonna happen. *sighs*

Whooooooo!!!!! This past weekend was long and busy. On Saturday Kate and I had to go into Florence for Oni-chan's birthday party. That was fun. Mako-chan, Oni-chan, Kate, and I just sat at the table talking and laughing at various things. It was awesome. They are so far away from me now, so when I do get to see them I treasure every second! ^_^
On Sunday we had to go to my grandfather's 80th birthday party. I was really nervous given the recent problems between my father and me but he was civil...for the most part. I felt exceedingly uncomfortable though, almost to the point of nausea. It just broke my heart to be there when a few days earler my father told me he didn't want me there. *sighs* Ah, well.
I didn't get much realxing time this weekend which I'm sure I'll pay for later. o_O;;;

Yesterday was just a bad, bad day. *sigh* Work was okay, although the day seemed to pass by very very slowly. Work wasn't the cause of my current melancholy though. My dad called me into his office around 2:30 so we could have a 'talk'. *sigh* You know, I thought that when I moved out I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of thing anymore. But, well...
He first asked me how school was and how I was doing with my money. I was happy for a minute or two, because I thought we were going to have a normal conversation. Ahh, well.

My family is throwing a BIG 80th birthday party for my grandfather on Sunday. One of my aunts, (mako-chan's mom! nya!) called early on in the week and invited Katie and myself. I figured my mother would also invite me that same day or later on when I talked to her on the phone, but she didn't... Anyway, my dad asked me during this conversation at work if my mother had invited me. When I told him no, she hadn't, he smiled and said, "That's because I told her not to invite you."
I was a little thrown off and asked why he did this. He informed me that he didn't want me there. o_O;;; WTF???

He then proceded to tell me that he couldn't stand the fact that I am who I am. He criticized me for being Wiccan, and gay and all this other shit. How did he know about my religion? Well, you know how my parents do things... THEY FUCKING READ MY JOURNALS/LIVEJOURNALS. THEY WENT THROUGH ME STUFF AGAIN!!! No matter where I write stuff or how hard I hide my things, they always always always have read my stuff, and then yelled at me for it. That's why I changed my old livejournal. Fuck! He said that he couldn't beleive he raised a daughter who turned out this way, and that he and my mother messed up big time while raising me. He said that I've killed their souls and stabbed them in the back so many times. Yeah... Awesome stuff to be hearing from a parent, ne? He finally finished saying that he didn't want anything to do with me ever again and that he couldn't stand to be around me. I was so upset I didn't know what to do. I just went to the bathroom and cried and cried until Theresa found me and comfoted me.

I don't even know what to think about this. I should be angry, and I guess a part of me is... But mostly I'm just sad. It's one of the worst things in the world to hear your parents say that they don't like you. I mean, holy shit...
I'm going to have Katie call my aunt and tell her we have other plans that day and can't go to the party. I know I should go because my aunt and grandfather, and mako-chan would want me to go, but I can't. I can't be there knowing that my own father hates me. *sniffles*

Ona lighter note... I got the second manga volume of Saikano over the weekend. it's awesome, I love that series. I also had a dream last night that Katie, Ivy, and I were at another L'arc~en~Ciel concert! *cheers* They were singing weird american songs though. ^^; In any case--->TOMMORROW IS IVY'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!! Happy Birthday Ivy-chan! *hugs her*

Is it a really weird thing to want to spend the rest of your life making someone happy? When you ask people what their goals/dreams are, most people say something about a career or a job. When I think about it though, I realize all I want to to is come home every day and see Katie's smiling face. *melts* My goal is to make her life full of joy and peace every day. Does that sound weird? I mean, don't get me wrong, I want to write also. I have a few ideas for novels that I'm already working on, and I'd love to see them published. However, as for an everyday job...I guess I really don't care too much. As long as I'm making Katie happy, I'm doing my life's work. When she is happy, then so am I. She is so important to me... *is having a girly moment* Okay, I'm done with my girly rant. What does everyone else want to do with their life? What goals/dreams do you guys have? Post and let me know, I'm curious! ^_^

This morning totally sucked ass big time. I woke up late, missing my first class... Then as I was on the train on the way to my second class, the train got delayed and I was majorly late!!!! Grrrr.... Stupid train... I'm okay now though. I've got my taito fic to work on and a bunch of other ficcies I havn't even read yet! Plus, I'm still wearing in all of those digimon cds. They rock! Okay, that's all for now!
